* Research and investigate all employee related issues such as EEOC

issues, harassment claims, etc, including resolving union disputes and

grievances.

*Facilitate and manage all employees on disability leave and FMLA.

*Prepare and maintain Michigan OSHA compliance records and

reporting.

*Able to organize and prioritize and to act with discretion, diplomacy

and confidentiality in sensitive issues.

*Strong written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on

organization and detail-oriented tasks.
