with General Contractor and subcontractors. Surveyed and inventoried the

mechanical system as soon as the project was being evolved. All mechanical

equipment was tagged and signaled for posterior use in the Work Orders

Automatic System. Inventoried and organized Owners/Operators Manuals as

well blue prints. Developed standardized monitoring system for the

mechanical equipment Started re-commissioning the mechanical equipment.

Supervised, operated and managed the HVAC maintenance system as well the

envelope of the building. Coordinated efforts of contractors and interact

with facilities' users. Troubleshot the Andover Control System

-hardware/software. Reported any abnormality to Facility Director/Plant
