Developed a ‘HM201 Inspection’ website, which controls all the related

‘AAR’ government maintenance for railcars. This website had an Oracle

backend and it allowed users to complete all government mandated

qualification inspections. This system also used Crystal Reports as a

reporting tool to send these qualifications to the government.

Developed a ‘Sales Reporting’ website, which controls how Customer

Service Reps view information for each railcar in their control. These reports

(approximately 40) were created in Crystal Reports XI. I also attended a boot

camp for creating Crystal Reports.
