SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:

Extensive civil/structural engineering experience in petrochemical plant

site preparation, structural design, land development, municipal works and

hydraulics engineering including structural design calculation, preparation

of site plans for petrochemical plant and commercial sites and design of

roadways, drainage systems, storm water collection and detention systems,

wastewater collection and transfer systems, water supply and distribution

systems, and grading plan and building structure design for foundations,

columns and beams, etc.

Have performed detail work including job organization and planning, making

and monitoring work schedules; write and review specifications, make and

monitor cost estimates and manpower forecasts, supervised designer and CAD

operator work; worked with client, government agencies, utility company and

1/07 to Present

Performed plant structural design including pipe rack, bridge and

foundation design, site design including cut & fill calculation, grading

plan, drainage system design, roadway layout, pavement design, open ditch

design, underground storm pipe layout, drop manhole design and parking

lots, etc. Checking the waste water, water and fire water layout and size

all underground pipes and culverts. Other structural design including: box

culvert, retaining wall, pipe supports, concrete sleeper, columns, slab and

beams design. Familiar with ACI, AISC and UBC. Supervised designers to

finish designing and drawing plans & details. Provided technical support

for the different engineering disciplines. Also responsible for drafting

final cost estimates, preparing schedules and writing the construction

specifications. Typical projects like TANECO - Refining and Petrochemical

Complex in Republic of Tatarstan, Russia (over 2000 acres), Qatargas

Loading Facilities (Berth 6), Qatar Liquefied Gas Company, Ras Laffan City,

Qatar (2 Billion) and KNPC - Refinery Plant Design in Kuwait (over 1500

Acres), etc.

Finished the site development work on the site plan preparation created and

managed work schedules, drainage system design, roadway design, water line

and sanitary line design. Reviewed cost estimates, geotechnical reports

and bid report. Prepared and monitored construction schedules; reviewed

shop drawings, pay estimates and field change orders and supervised

inspection and coordinated materials testing. Sealed all drawings and

charged with the projects from beginning to end.
