Chief Financial Officer / Controller / Treasurer

. Responsible for all accounting, tax and financial reporting

aspects of a mid-sized, private company with 2008 capital

expenditures of over $200mm, including five separate reporting

entities.

. Responsible for financial statement preparation, debt

compliance and income tax return preparation of all entities

. Responsible for all cash flow budgeting, cash management and

all treasury functions

. Create and maintain all ERP reporting routines consisting of

user designed reports for financial reporting, revenue, expense

and cost analysis

. Preparation of all Federal tax returns for five LLC's and LP's

and multiple individual tax returns of partners

. Manage all aspects of commodity hedge program including

execution, analysis, settlement and booking transactions

. Prepare and present all revenue, expense and capital

expenditure analysis to Company management and partners

. Duties include all bank debt negotiations and management of

four separate senior and sub-debt credit facilities

. Supervised a staff of six accountants and managed annual GAAP

audits and all joint venture audits

. Managed all accounting and finance activities of a growth oriented

wind powered electric generation company, including both domestic and

international assets

. Responsible for all financial reporting to shareholders of multiple

windfarm companies and related federal tax compliance

. Maintained separate accounting records for up to fourteen entities,

including financial statement, general ledgers, budgets, and federal

and state tax returns

. Assisted in the divestiture of both mature windfarms and newly

constructed farms

. Responsible for all accounting and tax duties for several small

private and public companies on an out-sourced basis

preparation, 10K, 10Q and management financial presentations for
