affecting the history and collectability of the piece

Business specializing in enclosures for medical imaging equipment,
prototypes, engineering models, trade show models and CNC machining of
plastic components.
Oversaw all aspects of the day to day operations. Operations include:
Molding, Fiberglass Laminating, Model Shop, Trimming, Finishing, Painting,
Quality Control, Packaging, and Shipping.
Accomplishments:
. Oversaw the move of Permay from Brookfield to its current location in
Pewaukee and was responsible for setting up new facilities for optimum
flow.
. Assisted in selection and directed installation and set-up of new RIM
molding equipment and design of molding head attachment system which
resulted in over 40% reduction in mold set-up time.
. Implemented a change from hand trimming of enclosures to trimming on a
5 axis CNC router including design of vacuum holding fixtures which
effectively took that process from an excess of 2 hours per cover down
to less than 15 minutes and produced a more accurate and repeatable
part.
. Established "just in time" material ordering to keep inventory to a
minimum while avoiding shortages.
