Directed the overall maintenance and operation of a 6 building, 75-acre
educational facility. Created a long and short-term facility maintenance
plan for the operation of all HVAC and refrigeration, safety and security
systems (camera, key and physical plant), campus landscaping, building
plumbing, electrical systems, audio/visual equipment and systems, telephone
system support, mechanical equipment support, desktop computer support, and
all campus based event planning.
Managed a staff of 4 employees and service technicians, ensuring work
product met all applicable municipal, state and federal codes and
regulations regarding the operation of facility. Additionally evaluated,
retained and supervised all outside contractors necessary to perform
specialized maintenance or operation tasks.
