CAREER SUMMARY

Senior Business/Technical Systems Analyst with 20 years experience working

with all phases of the systems life cycle process. This means that I took

on a hands role in analysis, programming, testing (QA) and implementation

for multiple projects within large organizations. I worked well in a Team

environment as well as an individual performer.

I've had hands on experience working with legacy systems in COBOL, JCL,

PL/I, IMS and recently worked within a BaaN IV ERP system on projects such

as implementation of Baan IV and a Common Vehicle Tracking system which

interfaced the ERP and Legacy systems to provide real time updates and

statistics of vehicle manufacturing systems.

Senior Business/Technical Systems Analyst/Programmer

. BaaN Implementation: Was part of a team made up of both corporate and

local plant employees that transitioned a Truck Assembly Plant from an

existing legacy system to BaaN IV ERP system. Established interactive

and batch processes in the areas of Order Management and Materials

Requirement Planning.

. Production Systems Support: Was part of a team that provided Systems

Support (on-call 24/7) for batch and on-line processes in the

Unix/BaaN processing environment. Supported multiple BaaN

installation sites across time zones executing on several Unix

clusters.

. Daily Manufacturing Metrics: Was part of a team that designed and

developed a web-based user interface to record Manufacturing Plant

metrics and produced a number of different reports showing planned

versus actual metric figures. Summarized daily data into Month-to-

date, Year-to-date reports for Corporate Management users.

. Pilot Processing: Lead designer for handling Pilot Vehicles that

differed from standard Bill of Materials. The Production Requirements

Planning engine in BaaN was modified to generate production orders and

Material Requirements based on the Pilot Bill of Materials and

generate part orders for outside suppliers.

. Common Vehicle Tracking System: One of a Team of Business/Programmer

Analysts both internal and contracted that gathered business

requirements to create an application that will track a vehicle

through the assembly process recording part shortages, defects, pass

and failures of various quality test by configured the software to
