To whom it may concern:
I'm writing in response to your advertisement for an
executive/specialist which I found on indeed.com. These days, it's
getting harder and harder to find a friendly, enthusiastic,
knowledgeable, passionate and well trained individual. Especially one
that looks after the company's best interest in every perspective and
stays on top of new techniques related to the field. I always feel
the company should come first, no matter what.
I have lived in a small community for the past 21 years of my life.
There are very many promising qualities that this town has used to
build its foundation. The people here are all hard workers. This has
inspired me to also work very hard at the three jobs at which I am
currently employed. Because I'm also familiar with technology,
psychology being my major, and hold a Masters in Human Resource
Development - Management & Consulting, I can implement the newest
methods and processes to increase worker productivity, boost morale in
the workplace, organize Training & Development, Organizational
Development, and Career Development, just to name a few, while also
saving the company precious time and money. I am a people person and
plan to work directly with the employees to solve any and all problems
that may arise. I also believe things should be done in a very
efficient manner. I've consistently reduced production costs along
with implementing new and helpful organizational methods at my current
company - and I'd like the chance to do the same for you in a variety
of ways. I also feel I am a very qualified candidate for this
position, considering my professional work ethic, level of education,
and personality within the work place. I have always had a thirst for
knowledge, always being a very determined individual achieving my
bachelor's degree in Psychology, followed by continuing my education
to receive my Masters in Human Resource Development. Being a full-time
student and working full time as well has helped me to achieve a
greater sense of responsibility and success.
Throughout my college experience, I have tried to implement my
persistent, hard-working attitude into any organization that I feel
could benefit from me. This positive attitude has always helped me
achieve my goals and contribute to any goal set forth before me. I
have adopted a "never say die" mentality that has provided me the
motivation to work towards anything.
I have the aggressive, head-on approach that will help your company
achieve success. I'd like the opportunity to show how you can put my
experience to work for you. I'm excited about your company, and I look
forward to contributing to your future.
Sincerely,
Evan J. Jewsbury
