to equity holders of $803,000 after a one year hold. T.I.C.

interests in partnerships with $15 million in land loans,

recorded and maintained through in house escrow officer.

CFO with a $75 million real estate private placement & broker

dealer company that developed owned and operated in excess of

5000 garden style apartment units and several office buildings

in the Pacific Northwest & California. Created CFC Management
