CSC Data Team Lead and Data Migration Analyst for the DuPont AFS-NOW SAP R/3
Implementation Project (January 2007 – July 2009)
Lead the CSC Data Team for the DuPont AFS-NOW SAP R/3 US Implementation. Duties
included managing the budget, planning, tracking, reporting progress, and issues resolution for 18
analysts and developers. Duties also included training of DuPont resources, knowledge transfer to
the sustainment organization and project closing. Lead Data Migration Analyst for the material
master objects. Duties included development of data migration strategy documents, development
of data collection process & tools, training of key users to collect & verify data, and working with
developers and loaders to automatically validate and load data into SAP. Production
Implementations were Global (Asia, Europe/LA, US) and considered one of the best SAP multi
strategic business unit implementations for DuPont. This was a full SAP implementation
lifecycle.
Data Management Analyst for the DuPont DCSE SAP R/3 Implementation Project (Oct. 2003 –
December 2006)
Lead Data Migration Analyst for the material master and manufacturing data objects for the
DuPont Chemicals Solutions Enterprise (DCSE) SAP R/3 implementation. Duties include
development of data migration strategy documents, development of data collection process &
tools, training of key users to collect & verify data, and working with developers and loaders to
automatically validate and load data into SAP. Duties also included assisting DCSE in managing
their data transfer from the DUCIS (DuPont Chemical Inventory) system to SAP EH&S. This
was a full SAP implementation lifecycle.
Technical Analysts for the Army’s LMP -Logistics Modernization Program (April 2002 – Sept.
2003) in Moorestown, NJ
Senior member of the LOGSA interface team on the Army’s LMP SAP R/3 implementation.
Duties included analyzing requirements, writing technical specifications, working with
developers, testing programs, and training key users on interface processes. Duties also included
support after Go-Live, coordinating functional consultants relative to support tickets, reporting to
senior management, and issue resolution. This was considered one of the largest SAP
implementations.
SAP Functional Support and SAP Security Manager (2000, 2001)
Staff and functional manager to over 20 SAP R3/R2 support and security professionals. Duties
included project staffing, managing client relationships, ensuring that organizational policies and
procedures were utilized, and contributing to the financial success of the organization.

Project Leader for the DuPont Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) SAP R/2 Enhancement
Project (1999)
Lead a team of 4 analysts and developers to a successful implementation where all requirements
were met on time and within budget. This was the first SAP project to be assessed against the
Level 2 of the Capable Maturity Model (CMM).
SAP Materials Management Functional Support (1998)
Provided Order Management and Materials Management Support for DuPont's SAP R/2
implementation for the Americas. Duties included master data maintenance and workload
assignments. Also provided functional & development management. This integrated system
provided customer order, procurement, manufacturing, and financial processing for all
participating businesses in the Americas.
Data Management Analyst for SAP EP R/3 Project (1997)
Lead data management analysis activities for a global SAP R/3 project for the Engineering
Polymers (EP) strategic business unit at DuPont. Duties included business process reengineering
efforts in order fulfillment and distribution. This greatly simplified Engineering Polymers global
business processes before implementing their SAP R3 system.

Supply Chain Data Development & Information Systems Architecture (1995 - 1997)
Lead the development of a reference data maintenance facility for Engineering Polymers’ Supply
Chain Data Base which included information from all major supply chain systems. Lead the data
analysis portion of the Engineering Polymers Information Systems Architecture Study. This
architecture was the framework of the SAP R3 implementation project.
Global Receivables Data Base Design (1995)
Assisted in the design and development of a Global Receivables Data Base for DuPont’s Global
Credit Network. This gave DuPont better global credit management capabilities in order to
reduce days-sales-outstanding.
Supervisor/Group Leader of Corporate Reference Data (1992 - 1994)
Lead a team of 4 analysts and data administrators in the maintenance of corporate wide standard
data. This data reduced application development time and costs, improved data sharing, and wa
used in most major DuPont applications worldwide.
Project Leader for Global Material Data Base (1989 - 1991)
Lead a team of 8 analysts and developers in the design and construction of a Global Materials
Data Base. This resulted in improved material identification world wide and promoted the
concepts of professional data management.
Project Leader of European Invoicing System (1986 - 1989) in Paris, France
Lead a team of 4 analysts and developers in the design and construction of a new European-wide
invoicing system while on international assignment in Paris, France. Lead a diverse team in a
multi-cultural environment. This was a consolidation of 12 different invoicing systems and the
first major MVS systems implementation in DuPont Europe. The system resulted in improved
invoicing capabilities and better invoicing standards.

Lead a team of 10 analysts and developers in the design and construction of DuPont’s Pension &
Special Payment System. The system included one of the first major relational databases of
DuPont employee information. This resulted in improved pension processing and more consistent
pension information.

Support leader for the Distribution Control System, which was one of the major order entry
systems at DuPont. Specialized in the order processing and invoicing functions.

applications design, programming, testing, and implementation. Assisted in the development of
the Standard Programming Environment which controlled how application code was stored and
