The PolyOne Corporation Massillon facility is part of Specialty Inks and

Coatings business of PolyOne Corporation. The Massillon facility handles

over 4,000 raw materials. The plant is very diverse, it compounds pigments

into several carriers like rubber, oil, silicone, latex, solvents,

plasticizers and epoxies. PolyOne also has several non-pigment product

lines, water based, natural rubber latex and fire retardant dispersions.

Colorant finished goods are packaged in 5 gallon pails up to a Gaylord.

Product forms range from paste, extruded pellets, cryogenic dustless

powders, slabs and cubes. Chemical based products are packaged in 5 gallon

pails to bulk tank trucks. Product forms range from liquid, emulsions,

gels and pastes.
