North Fulton Water System Improvements, Alpharetta, North Fulton County, GA
This project is to evaluate the status of the existing system and design approximately 20,000 feet
of 8” water lines under 30 streets within City of Alpharetta in two phases. The construction
documents include plans and notes for water mains and associated details.
Pritchard Mountain Water Tanks and Booster Pump Station, Fulton County, GA
This project was to design water lines connected to one elevated 0.5 MG Water Tank. The
associated site development package contained grading & drainage plan around the water tank
tower and the connection to the existing emergency overflow pipe to the proposed
Water Tank and the adjoining existing Booster Pump Station.
Hackett Road Elevated Water Tanks - Fulton County, GA
This project involved design of water lines and site surrounding two new elevated 2.0 MG Water
Tanks. The associated construction document package contained grading & drainage plan and
erosion control plans around the water tank towers. The drawings also showed the connection of
the emergency overflow pipe from the two elevated tanks to the existing storm sewer system and
details on pervious pavement.

Chick-Fil-A - Nationwide
Project Engineer - Provided civil design services to multiple Chick-fil-A restaurants throughout
the country. Design requirements included all aspects of civil engineering ranging from
preliminary site design, NPDES compliance, property zoning and platting, site/construction
documents.
BB&T Banks – Atlanta, GA
Project Manager/Project Engineer – Performed civil site work at numerous BB&T locations.
Each bank site was approximately 1.5 - 2 acres that provided the space needed for the 4,000
square foot, one story bank building, access drives, drive through windows with stacking space
and parking lot. Once the site plan was approved by the Client, site investigation reports were
prepared, civil documents for permitting which included erosion and sediment control plans, a
demolition plan, a grading and drainage plan and water quality enhancement, a utility plan to
provide water and sanitary sewer service to the building and coordination with other team
disciplines for utilities, landscaping and survey requirements.
Fifth Third Banks - FL
Project Engineer and Project Manger - Provided approximately 10 bank sites throughout the state
of Florida. Each bank site is about 1.5 to 2 acres that provided the space needed for the 4,400
square foot, one story bank building, access drives, drive through windows with stacking space
and parking lot.

Flagstar Bank - GA
Project Engineer - Provided a full range of services to Flagstar Bank’s expansion into the Metro
Atlanta Market. Prepared site investigation reports, determined development issues and potential
extraordinary costs associated with each property’s development. Also determined proper zoning
and zoning constraints, such as setbacks and buffers. Detailed the permit process with an
estimated schedule and fees, and appropriately addressed each obstacle design faced to expedite
permitting without incurring unexpected increases in cost.

Georgia World Congress Center Jones Avenue Parking - GA
Senior Civil Designer - This project consisted of layout, grading and drainage for a 370 car
parking lot on 5.4 acres of urban property. The initial efforts consisted of land planning to
accommodate parking for 1500-2000 personal occupancy vehicles and up to 100 buses. In
addition, space was to be provided for 300 trailers that would be parked during large convention
events. Separation of pedestrian travel and truck operations was provided by the design. On one
side of the facility a future expansion of a City roadway was incorporated into the design.
Georgia World Congress Center Truck Marshalling Yard – GA
This project consisted of layout, grading and drainage for a 12 acre site in Atlanta to create a
paved marshalling facility for over 300 tractor-trailer trucks. The facility was graded to 3
separate plateaus to overcome elevation differences and match surrounding streets.
North Georgia College and State University Parking Lots, GA
This project consisted of the designing of two separate parking lots for a total of 500 spaces. Due
to its location in the Southern Appalachian Mountain Range, significant grades had to be
overcome to create usable space.
North Mercer Redevelopment, GA
Designed 28 residential units in 6 buildings – one 12 unit building, one 4 unit building, and six 3
unit buildings. The buildings were all constructed of pre-fabricated wood panels and trusses, with
materials and finishes as described on attached partial set of drawings. Total square footage is
approximately 32,000 square feet. Project included all site and utility improvements.
Capitol Gateway Community Project for City of Atlanta Housing Authority, GA
Designed and assisted in the construction of a 32 AC development. The design involved
relocating trunk line, underground detention vault, erosion controls, and public infrastructures.
Canalside Project for City of Columbia, SC - Designed and assisted in the construction of a 27
AC development. This design involved 66” storm line, erosion controls, and public
infrastructures.
48” Transmission Main for City of Columbia, SC - Designed 10 Miles of 48” water main for
the City of Columbia. The design involved the wetland studies and mitigations
Indian Creek Sanitary Sewer Design - The rehabilitation design (8”-42” ductile iron pipe) of
the Eulalia Outfall and Highland Trunk, two (2) main trunk sewer of the Indian Creek Drainage
Basins.
South East Columbia Tennis Park - Phase I
The design included one feature court, twenty-nine field courts, lighting, on-site utilities,
landscaping and walkways between components and was built in two phases, this project is
considered a separate and independent project from the Central Columbia tennis courts.
South East Columbia Tennis Park - Phase II
The design included a replacement of the existing courts with fourteen field/tennis courts, new
lighting, renovation of the existing pro shop, addition of a new observation deck,, additional
landscaping and walkways between existing components and is considered a separate and
independent project from Southeast Columbia tennis courts.
