by increasing the GM Client Service Rating from a rating of 2.5 to 9

software development project for the GM Onstar division to meet the

. Performed Contract Management for all Cross Sector Deliverables in

Cross Sector deliverables were completed and delivered to the client 6

. Managed the overall success of the On-Line 2000 deployment from a site

perspective including all contracts and tenants supported by the

Service Provider at various sites. With a staff of 9, successfully

deployed 1765 On-line seats in 4 sites.

. Managed the migration of a plant floor system - Vehicle Component

Verification System (VCVS) from MVS to a Windows NT infrastructure for

General Motors.

. Performed workload coordination and overall capacity planning for

General Motors Healthcare projects on a mainframe and UNIX

infrastructure.

. Coordinated and managed cross training for NT, UNIX and Mainframe

based systems

. Managed Y2K projects for the 2 Math Based and 2 Environmental Based
