Responsible for full life cycle staffing for IAP's Base Operations Support

Services Group. Supervise two Recruiters and one Administrative Assistant

in staffing over 200 million dollars in overseas contracts. Positions

include project management, engineering, construction trades, procurement,

logistics, and information technology. Also staff permanent, contract and

temporary positions for IAP's Power Generation Division to include site

managers, engineers, linemen, generator mechanics, operators and

industrial electricians. Analyze market trends, monitor openings and

turnovers and strategize on potential recruiting gaps. Developed and

maintain several data reports to track staffing efforts; brief Senior

Staff on a weekly basis. Developed and implemented several recruiting

strategies and procedures to find and track a larger pool of quality

candidates. Created a network with military Transition Assistant Programs

in order to develop a pipeline of previously untapped government cleared

candidates for overseas positions. Reduced "boots on the ground" rate for

overseas cleared positions from 94 days to 33 days in just 3 quarters.

Volunteered for 30-day deployment to the Middle East to serve as Interim

HR Manager for IAP's largest contract. Create and place job postings

within our applicant tracking system (Vurv), as well as job boards, review

resumes, conduct phone and in person interviews, extend offers and conduct

new employee orientations.
