Assistant Vice President of Business Operations, Puerto Rico (current

position since 2006)

Responsible for evaluating risks and changes that would impact revenue and

cost, ensuring proper controls for Sarbanes-Oxley and internal operational

excellence.

As an organization we have achieved,

> Increased our collection success rates and saved customers reducing

churn to the lowest levels in 5 years.

> Through new KPI's and changes we recovered $1 million dollars in orders

provisioned vs. billing.

> Increased customer satisfaction, by decreasing customer invoice

disputes, reducing the number of complaints by 60% over the last two

years reducing overall adjusted dollars vs. Revenue billed.

> We achieved Increased cash out of pocket at POS stations, with system

changes that ensure proper approval of sales overrides. Overrides

2006)

In this role I was responsible for managing the daily development and

billing operations, but also the site roll out of new system changes

associated with our system and overall Quality Assurance.

processing, mediating and billing mobile data & content management as

well as all voice services.

> Achieved a reduction in invoice production turn around times by 66% by

reducing a bill run from three (3) days to one (1), 80% of the time

within 24 hours.

product and business continuity.

Operations Manager (1998 to 2000)

Responsible for the day-to-day management of our OSS and Point of Sale end

user processes, training and roll out of new locations within Puerto Rico

and the US markets.
