Department of Energy, Hanford facility has many tank farms to contain
nuclear waste, including single shell tanks and double shell tanks. The
task I involve is upgrading double shell tanks by replace old "Flake Boxes"
- manual level gauges at annulus - with ENRAF, Honeywell level indication

prepared procurement packages, done technical bid evaluations, reviewed
vendor data and check out of panels at vendor facility. I also did
calculation for sizing control valves and relief valves.
I am familiar with reading and adding instruments and depicting proper
control symbology on the P&ID's. I have worked with Smart Plant
Instrumentation (SPI) and generated datasheets, I/O list and instrument
Index in the SPI data base.
I was also involved in the design of a SCADA system for communicating with
several well pads scattered over a large area. This included designing an
architectural block diagram of the system, selecting and specifying
miscellaneous hardware such as Ethernet switches, media converters, modems,
