CAREER OBJECTIVE

EMPLOYEE HISTORY:

URS-Washington River Protection Service (WRPS), Washington (Hanford Site),

USA

1. ENRAF Refurbish Project (11/09-present)

Department of Energy, Hanford facility has many tank farms to contain

nuclear waste, including single shell tanks and double shell tanks. The

task I involve is upgrading double shell tanks by replace old "Flake Boxes"

- manual level gauges at annulus - with ENRAF, Honeywell level indication

transmitters. These transmitters will work as leak detector at annulus of

double shell tanks. I write Engineer Change Notice (ECN) to remove the old

Flake Boxes, install mechanical and electrical structures of the new Enraf.

Also, I am involved with running power to Enraf, and with connecting

communication wire from the instruments to Tank Monitor and Control System.

I am also involved with choosing power transfer switches, relays, preparing

wire / conduit run list, updating P&ID.

URS-Washington Division; Houston Office

1. Chevron, Piceance Natural Gas Development Project; Colorado, USA

(08/07-09/09)

Chevron is developing thousands of acres in the Piceance Basin, Colorado

USA. The drilling for gas program will consist of nearly 3000 wells over

several years to come.

I am working as an instrumentation and control systems engineer on this

project. I am responsible for field instrumentation and part of the control

room instrumentation. I have written instrumentation specification sheets,

prepared procurement packages, done technical bid evaluations, reviewed

vendor data and check out of panels at vendor facility. I also did

calculation for sizing control valves and relief valves.

I am familiar with reading and adding instruments and depicting proper

control symbology on the P&ID's. I have worked with Smart Plant

Instrumentation (SPI) and generated datasheets, I/O list and instrument

Index in the SPI data base.

I was also involved in the design of a SCADA system for communicating with

several well pads scattered over a large area. This included designing an

architectural block diagram of the system, selecting and specifying

miscellaneous hardware such as Ethernet switches, media converters, modems,

repeaters, fiber optic patch panels and fiber optic cable.

The control room instrumentation was Allen Bradley "Contrologix" PLC with

Allen Bradley Panelview used as HMI. Programming was outsourced to a third

party vendor.

2. Exxon, Rasgas Meg; Quata (08/07-11/07)

My other assignment at URS was to work on an Exxon Rasgas project. On this

project I Prepared instrument index; I/O list, updated P&ID's, generated

conceptual block diagram of control system showing control and

communication hardware.

3. Imperial Oil, Sarnia Tail Gas Clean Up Unit, Canada (07/07-08/07)

This was my initial assignment when I joined URS. I worked with a senior

engineer who was my mentor. I was introduced to field instrumentation used

for measurement and control. I updated P&ID's, I was given the opportunity

to write specification sheets for simple field instrumentation such as,

pressure gauges, thermometers, thermocouples, RTD's, pressure regulators

etc.

OTHER SKILLS:

Good communication skills result oriented, team player, familiar with Smart

Plant Instrumentation 2008, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and

Visio). I also have a good working knowledge of AutoCAD 2006 and

Microstation.
