• Independently designed, prototyped and implemented new features in Java for RSA’s Authentication Manager, RSA

Authentication Agent, and RSA SecurID Appliance 3.0. These new features were cited by RSA customers as being

the critical element in their decision to purchase RSA Authentication Manager.

• Worked with Product Management to identify customer requirements and subsequently wrote technical

specifications including software architecture and software requirements documents.

• SME on technical issues to cross-functional teams.

• Developed and presented training courses for RSA customer support and sales.

• Developed mentoring recommendations for the EMC ESMS improvement effort.

Developed primary and secondary market research, which resulted in detailed pricing and product roadmap

recommendations for a small hi-tech firm as part of an independent Babson MBA project.

Team leader of multiple MBA project teams at Babson College. Resulted in consistently high-quality results

throughout the program.

Designed and implemented the Concurrent Brainstorming process for enhanced innovation at RSA. The process

was a competitive team event using a Darwinistic approach to develop multiple solutions to business and technical
