. Manage FASTER (Flexible Automated Software Tester Enhanced Requirements)

issues to closure. Create and maintain FASTER program timing plan for

hardware & software releases.

. Provide requirements for all new features on FASTER to John Deere

Technical Center in India.

. Perform testing to verify software on electronic controllers using NI

TestStand and test scripts.

. Perform saber simulation on electrical loads to verify battery and

alternator has enough power.

. Generate saber models for battery, alternator, fuses, motors, etc. to

verify electrical design.

Product Design Engineer (Multimedia Design & Release Engineer)

2006 - 2009

Ford Motor Company. AVT/EESE Dearborn, MI

. Championed the effort to resolve plant issues and warranty complains on

navigation radios and implement design/process changes to reduce

warranty. Monitor supplier 8D's to closure.

. Verified and validated multimedia component functionality at a component

and vehicle level after implementing interim corrective action (ICA) and

permanent corrective action (PCA).

. Coached new multimedia suppliers with Ford quality process and warranty

tools. Manage suppliers for launch and field issues, design verification,

production validation and reliability.

. Reduced warranty on Pioneer navigation radio by 37% and Clarion

navigation radio by 50%.

schematics, generate wire harness drawings and verify wiring SDS

. Optimized wire harness to reduce giveaway cost of harness in each

vehicle. Coached program management teams, suppliers in implementing wire

harness optimization to reduce cost.

. Verified electrical components and wiring system requirements using

breadboard lab and CAE tools on 2003 Expedition/Navigator and 2004 F-150.

. Performed Saber analysis (circuit analysis: shared, sneak, short) to

verify that the electrical components (connectors, fuses, brakes,

switches, motors and modules) meet Ford requirements.

. Documented electrical component test results summarizing validation and

verification of component requirements (DVP&R) before prototype vehicle

builds.

. Implemented first time at Ford, Current Based Testing (CBT) using CAE

generated limits for all electrical components (Lamps, switches, windows)

at end of line in plant for 2004 F150.
