corporate clients; Charles Schwab, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Sidley
Austin LLP, Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Institute for One
World Health. Responsibilities included scheduling and supervision of
all trades on site, weekly coordination meetings with client, architect,
mechanical engineer, and building management to discuss job progress,
change orders, requests for information, permit inspections, etc.; weekly
tail gate safety meetings by all trades; sign-off of all required city
permits, client punch list and warranty follow-up.

Superintendent: Supervised off sites and base building finishes of a 336
unit luxury condominium project built in three phases. The Brannan
Project included three, sixteen story towers, an Olympic sized pool,
cabana and a health club with a multi level underground parking structure
and three commercial / retail spaces. Build out cost of the project was
$142 million; project was completed on time and under budget.

Superintendent: Responsible for the simultaneous building of thirty-three
single-family residences that were each approximately 3,500 square feet.
I interfaced with public agencies for permit acquisitions and
inspections, managed our on-site staff, and scheduled all trades
beginning with the excavation of foundations through completion of the
structure. I performed the buyer walk through acceptance inspection and
closed out punch-list items.
Warranty Director: Developed a Warranty Department to resolve new
construction building issues in over 500, newly constructed, single
family residences at seven different sites.
