Supply Chain Management
Manager: Finished Goods Inventory 1979-1997
Responsible for developing, monitoring inventory plans and SKU reduction;
introduction of flexible manufacturing components such as safety stock and
raw material planning
Accomplishments:
• Developed methodology and measurements for inventory turns, inventory
coverage and costs of inventory with less reliance on static/forecast
dependency and more emphasis on flexible manufacturing practices through
over-planned raw material.

Manager: Sales and Market Analysis

Responsible for developing company wide production forecasts; business plan
formulation and integration of retail sales analysis, advertising budgets/

Responsibilities included annual pricing policies based on cost estimate
analysis, competitive pricing, margin/market analysis, and mix/volume
projections.
Also responsible for database management, developing and maintaining item,
customer and pricing databases; daily balancing, reporting of statistics
including sales, orders, inventory, out-of-stocks; retrieval and analysis of
historical sales statistics for SEC, FTC, CPI legal reporting. Integration
