Additional Info
I have excellent organization and managing skills. I have experienced in
maintenance managing, budgeting and planning. Manage from 30 to 270 personnel
in skills trade and production. I managed over $5M in capital projects. I
have spent the last 10 years focusing on learning the tools and methodology of
Continuous Improvement / LEAN / Six Sigma to provide additional benefits to my
employer and to allow a more efficient operation and higher quality standard.
I enjoy the challenge of looking for ways to improve the way we do things and
the reward of seeing these improvement benefit fellow colleagues and our
customers.
I am also an excellent candidate for a Production position since I have worked
closely with production and quality to implement process improvement projects
and cost saving programs. I have, especially in past two years, worked closely
with production and plant management to work in areas to improve the issues
causing low measurements in plant metrics/kpi's and come to learn different
detailed areas of the production requirements and processes. Also as a
Continuous Improvement Facilitator, I was working closely with production,
marketing, accounting and other 'non-maintenance' related areas.
