Eleven story full masonry exterior, 141 living units, 56 skilled and
assisted living unit facility. High end lobby finishes and office area

Project delivered on time despite multiple ownership and design changes.
Managed over 100 official drawing changes due to various design document
issues as well as multiple change requests by ownership.
Commercial Condominium Buildings (1998 - 2007) ? Budgets: $14 to $60 million
Projects ranged from three story, 36 unit project to 42 story, 187 unit
high rise building.
Developed systems to manage and distribute information related to resident
upgrade selections. Systems not only gathered appropriate pricing of
upgrades but also paved the way for sales staff to market and sell
upgrades. In addition, these systems provided accurate installation
information for distribution to subcontractors.
Worked closely with field staff to ensure project was being constructed to
high quality standards within a consistent construction schedule.
Residential Construction Projects (1999 - 2007) ? Budgets: $13 to $18 million
Townhouse projects ranged from 36 units to 96 units.
Managed the sometimes conflicting expectations of commercial developers and
residential subcontractors.
Residential Remodeling Projects (2002 - 2004) ? Budgets: $2,000 to $170,000
While developing business and clients from the ground up, gained insight
from small scale projects and learned to apply these lessons to future
larger projects.
