Analyzed and reported on the operations of a 400+ rooms hotel. Prepared analyses of
regional market share and competitive sales-to-expense ratios. Developed a process of
analyzing profitability by demographics, guests/customers, and channels (lounge,
banquets, rooms, conferences, reservations). Proposed and implemented changes to
night operations to be more focused in hospitality and entertainment. Performed as
Assistant Night Manager in managing lounge closing, night audit, and front desk

First Fidelity Bank
Conducted operations analyses on the bank’s floor plan operations (auto loans). Found
$2.5 million in misposted transactions due to antiquated system of posting asset
transfers. Prepared a report recommending development of a completely new tracking
system or alternatively, outsourcing of this operation.
AT&T
Under contract to AT&T Corporate Human Resources, solicited, interviewed, and
recommended the recruitment of management candidates for sales positions. Evaluated
the recruitment organization and recommended extensive re-engineering of the
methodology of recruiting, processing, and indoctrinating new hires. Presented report to
VP Corporate Human Resources on this reorganization.
Opinion Research Corporation
Contracted by O.R.C. to conduct interviews of senior corporate executives (Corporate
Treasurer and above) in matters relating to macroeconomics, sales force deployment,
distribution and sales channel effectiveness. Developed, tested, and operationally used
