Director of Operations/Facilities
Directed overall operations for 240,000 sq. ft. multi-megawatt wind turbine blade manufacturing facilities
comprised of 160 employees. Established performance indicators, operating goals, cost reduction campaigns,
productivity improvement, quality control and customer specification acceptance programs. Responsible for
the completion of ModWind’s fatigue and static testing program to GL Certification of 45m blades.
Successfully reduced the field operations by 70%.
BRITISH PETROLEUM – Carson, CA
Carson Business Unit comprised of 270,000 bpd refinery with a long history of safe, innovative, and
environmentally responsible operations.
Maintenance Manager- Turnaround Execution Lead 05/08 – 09/10
Responsible for safely directing up to 180 employees and supervising all maintenance duties including:
Development of efficient work schedules, monitoring site maintenance activity, overseeing QA / QC work,
and managing contractors and equipment on site. In addition to managing field activities, I managed large
routine and contractor turnaround projects throughout the refinery.
Operations Manager
07/05 – 05/08 Supervised the production of hydrogen, steam, isomerate, propane and
propylene. Responsible for the troubleshooting and repairing of production units and flow
process equipment to ensure optimum performance and efficiency. Support HSSE to
provide a safe and environmentally sound operation.

Over an 18 year tenure as a McDonnell Douglas and subsequently Boeing employee, I contributed to the
