Project Execution - Water and Wastewater Treatment

Engineering professional with 15 years experience in project execution of

water and wastewater treatment systems for power and petrochemical plants.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

1997 - Present Project Engineer

Goshu Kohsan Co., Ltd. Kingkaew Road, Bangphli, Samutprakarn, Thailand

Bidding stage: Preliminary review client's inquiry document if sufficient

for proposal preparation, otherwise request client for more

information. Thoroughly review the inquiry document and prepare

commercial-technical clarification items. After clearing

clarification items with client, discuss with engineering team

in preparing for PFD, layout, design condition, equipment list,

technical specification, deviation list, and cost calculation.

Prepare commercial and technical proposal to meet client's

requirement. Meet with client for detailed commercial-technical

clarification and final negotiation until bidding is closed.

Contract stage: Finalize contract document with client. Review engineering

documentation particularly design condition, PFD, P&ID, layout,

and technical specification. Establish project schedule to

comply with contract requirement. Coordinate with engineering

team in the preparation of engineering document and drawing,

establish engineering submission schedule and control their

submission to client for review and approval. Arrange regular

internal design review with engineering team. Meet with client

for design review. Once approved by client, issue engineering

document and drawing for construction and proceed with

procurement activity. Evaluate the technical-commercial proposal

of supplier and decide for purchase order. Make frequent shop

visit to inspect the fabrication work based on ITP. Prepare

packing list and arrange delivery of product to site. Provide

engineering support during installation and commissioning works

at site. Prepare installation procedure, commissioning manual,

and O&M manual. Prepare progress report and other technical

reports. Make correspondence with client and supplier. Manage

the preparation of as-built drawing and hand-over document.

Sales activity: Search new projects and new clients through newspapers,

board of investment, internet, and other connections. Once

contact information is available, initiate to contact prospect

client for pre-acquaintances until a meeting could be set for

further acquaintances. Make frequent visit to old clients to

maintain business relationship.

- 2 years as Technical Assistant Planner in Kuwait National Petroleum

- 3 years as Production Engineer in Philippine Iino Corporation in

Philippines
