Streamlined asset management control – Once bogged down with tons of paperwork and trying to read handwriting to document

the ownership and whereabouts of a machine. Implemented an online database to enter information through a web form and cut

down errors by more than 80% and saving the company thousands of dollars on office supplies and rework.

Developed teambuilding exercises and venting sessions – Reduced the turnover rate by 70% by making the teams more family

oriented and closer together. Having weekly Q&A sessions to address needs, concerns, and expectations of each member of the

team, made the work environment more friendly and exciting to work.

Applied virtual project management to resolve major problem – Important business unit threated to stop the rollout of a new
