destination. Update approved forwarder's details.
Follow up on the receipt of invoices from forwarder. Track
and maintain tracking by updating the Logistic Pipeline,

Filling of RFQ, Incoming /Outgoing shipments and other
documentations. Obtaining the required signatories on
Logistics documents (LTC, exemption documents, petty cash &
etc.)
Responsible for Logistics unit administrative issues
(requests for stationeries, warehouse requirements such as
orders for packing materials, maintenance of fork lift and
request for additional daily laborers) Printing of stock
list at the end of each month. Reporting number and shipping
cost of Outgoing shipments at the end of each month.
Assist in the preparing the unit work plan by reporting the
status of incoming shipments (for re-stocking or transit) on
weekly basis.
Preparing requests for freight quotation and ensure delivery

of the Logistic Specialist).
