Products range from kitchen gadgets, to bakeware, bedding, furniture, bath goods and decor. The annual SKU count of new products averages at 3,000 SKUs.
Managed a team of designers and directed development of package involving material, structure, photography and graphics. Sustainability is factored in the choice of materials, size of package and cube
efficiency in keeping with Walmart sustainability efforts.

2007 to 2010
Member of the Brisbane, California start-up team that developed and established the
Canopy home brand. Canopy was a better quality level brand designed for real life with a
clean semi-traditional style.
Launched YourZone the early teen brand targeted toward kids who are developing a personal sense of style and starting to make their own decor choices.
Brand launches entail the development and execution of the brand aesthetic with
consistency across all media from photography to packaging, marketing across channels
from print in-store to online, leveraging the specific medium. Managed contract
creative services budget and assessed best practices to maintain standards and seek
continuous improvement. Worked in coordination with home office in Bentonville, agencies
and global contract resources. Both brands grew to a $2.0 B business.

Shaklee is one of the longest-running multi-level marketing companies in the country with a cache of brands from nutritional supplements, to skin care, cosmetics, household cleaners, and air purifiers.
Provided creative direction for the design of the catalog (quarterly), brochures, branding/packaging, personal care campaigns, sales campaigns, marketing programs and sales conferences.
Managed brand launches and regular sales campaigns for the small independent
sellers. In 2006, we launched 2 brand categories: Cinch Weight Loss System and Get
Clean Household Cleaners.
