Cilantro rice with lime. Different types of salad such as Chinese salad-Caesar chicken - Asian slaw salad.

Bake frozen chocolate chip cookies that are served to airport customers. Some cashier work and giving

beverage to customers with the ticket for their order. This is an extremely labor intensive job where you

have to be quick on your feet.

April 20, 2010 – July 2010: January 6, 2011- Present: Jamba Juice – Terminal A Newark Airport.

I make smoothies and cashier. I have made it through the Jamba Juice training program. I am currently

the longest employee in good standing at this location.

October 20, 2009 – January 10, 2011: Currittos – Burritos without Boarders – Terminal B Newark

Airport. Everyone says that I am the best employee they have that knows how to do the work required as

an employee in the food industry. I have made it through the Currittos training program. This is an

extremely detailed labor intensive job where you have to be quick on your feet to service the airport

customers. I worked there one year six months.

August 14, 2010 – Present: New Currittos Restaurant behind TSA security checkpoint - Terminal A

Newark Airport. I have the Newark, NJ (EWR) ID CARD to work behind the security gate as an airport

employee.

Before: Worked in a hospital in Brazil before coming to the United States and got married and had a

child. Portuguese cooking.

Education: Nursing Certificate in the country of Brazil.

Final Comment: I live close to the Newark International Airport and take the local bus in the mornings. I

have the Newark, NJ (EWR) ID CARD to work behind the security gate as an airport employee. As a

worker at the airport we are graded for appearance at our food terminal stations and how we deal with the

airline passengers clients. I was the only employee in my store to receive 100%. This is my first year

entering back in to the work force. I have been adding skills with work experience.
