Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical machinery equipment, repairs/replace parts as need. Maintain

boiler making sure pressure, hot water, and other part such as motor, pump, coupling, or control

thermostat working properly.

Replace/repairs carpentry work such as door, counter top, unclogged drain, replace/repair sink,

toilet. And perform other preventive tasks as directed.
