• Description: I performed isolation and characterization of Bacillus group of organisms; did a comparative study between the natural and commercial Xylnase producing isolates, isolation and cultivation of isolates, conducted partial purification and characterization of Xylanase to determine Xylanase activity on commercial and laboratory made pulp.
