I personally directed the facilities operations for three locations which required the research of vendor’s/supplier’s

capabilities and the identification of a pool of candidates based on corporate criteria. I had the responsibility to

assess the quotations submitted and select the bidder as well as conduct vendor management. I mediated the

successful resolution of two age discrimination lawsuits, while saving Agris Corporation the expense of litigating

both claims. I utilized my knowledge of corporate and regulatory compliance issues and incorporated that

knowledge into drafts of commercial contracts. I possess a core understanding of revenue recognition rules as

I served as the primary legal representative for this Dot.com Company. I led the development of all strategic human

resource programs, including the implementation of companywide policies and practices related to employees

and vendor contracts. I authored the contractual templates for the day to day business operations. I developed

performance appraisals and standards. I developed all human resources templates including the HR

Handbooks, employee evaluation criteria and job descriptions for 53 employees. I acted in the capacity as

employment counsel on issues ranging from the facilitation of HB1 visas and green cards, advising employees

on standards to qualify for COBRA, FMLA, and ADA, and created Diversity and Harassment Sensitivity Training.

I operated as liaison between vendors and the company by negotiating contract terms and monitoring their

compliance. I was instrumental in managing the general corporate governance and acted as the corporate

secretary.

mediation training courses. I helped design and present marketing presentations to such corporate entities as: The Coca-Cola

Company, U.S. Air Force, E.E.O.C. and E.P.A. on the benefits of alternative dispute resolution. I promoted mediation-training

I authored the Second Circuit instructional manual outlining procedures for processing appeals. I was responsible for the training

and supervision of a team of six court clerks and was instrumental in their education to revisions in appellate practice and

procedure. I was the liaison between the United States Attorney and District Attorney Offices as well as all appellate courts. I

had the honor of being chosen to conduct Civil Procedure training seminars on appellate practice and procedure for all Circuit

Courts as well as the New York State Bar Association.
