Hand selected to serve as principle Warfare Area Commander, an assignment traditionally held by a more senior

officer.

Deployed on time and 100% mission ready the Navy’s newest aircraft carrier by manning, training and equipping

key technology areas to ready the ship and strike group for its maiden deployment to the Middle East.

Chief executive leading a multinational organization of 320 highly trained communication personnel providing all
