• Telephony System - Deployed new TCP/IP telephone system software that allowed customers to check account info over a touch tone phone without speaking to a representative.
• Accounts Receivable System (A/R) - Using HTML and COBOL, assisted in developing on-line reporting for accounting and displaying customer information for service representatives. Also assisted in creating batch programs that handled sending and receiving bank transmissions (POS and NACHA).
• Produced financial reports to evaluate the effectiveness of different collection agencies that led to substantial recovery of monies owed.
• Interfaced the existing account information with a third party CDS (Collection Data System) which included auto-dialer capability.
• Initiated a ‘Late Fee Charge’ for the A/R system. This included unique rules that varied state to state by amount and grace period.
