conversion results by working closely with the Plant Manager, Business

. Successfully recovered the $2.8 million dollar claim made against the

. Led process to develop a comprehensive Strategic Growth plan for the
Biscuit Network and helped in presenting to Senior VP's of
Manufacturing and Finance Directors in the US.
. Revamped Plant's Line Performance Reports to show Supervisors and the
Plant Leadership Team where significant dollars were being lost and
