. Analyse cost impacts due to the Distribution Network re-design (One

time cost and on-going Dis-synergies/Synergies)

. Financial management of the Canadian Bakery Network (5 Manufacturing

and commercialization activities for the Canadian Snacks Business

Unit.

Network Cost Manager, 1 Finance Manager, 3 Sr. & 1Jr. Analyst,

. Lead key financial processes within the network: forecasting, actuals

reporting and variance analysis (Total Cost Focus).

. Key member of the CDN Manufacturing team that executed the North

American Business Process Simplification/Work Force Reduction

initiative; newly created Biscuit Network was one of the first to be

operational within North America.

. Reorganized the Lakeshore Bakery Finance group to support growth by

creating two specific functional areas, the first focused on driving

conversion results by working closely with the Plant Manager, Business

Unit and Continuous Improvement Manager and the second on accounting

integrity (A/P,A/R, Controls)

. Successfully recovered the $2.8 million dollar claim made against the

supplier; received VIA Award

. Led process to develop a comprehensive Strategic Growth plan for the

Biscuit Network and helped in presenting to Senior VP's of

Manufacturing and Finance Directors in the US.

. Revamped Plant's Line Performance Reports to show Supervisors and the

Plant Leadership Team where significant dollars were being lost and

key areas to focus on to reduce unfavourable variances and generate

productivity savings

. Co-Lead "Leadership Academy" a Global Finance initiative focused on

improving Finance's Technical training/understanding. Help lead a

Manufacturing Team that created and presented a detailed manufacturing
