About Me

I am Patrick. I have been working in the hospitality industry for about 15 years starting as a dishwasher at around 15 years old. I am very familiar or have at least some knowledge of every area of a restaurant and have experience in high volume service. I have served George Bush senior, Jimmy Carter, Ronald Regan,Vincente Fox the former President of Mexico, The Orlando Magic, Michael Moore, Jimmy Page, Aero Smith, Nickelback, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Roger Waters, W.W.E.
