. Increased quality and reduced cost by implementing Lean/Six Sigma

teams and methodologies and poka yoke technologies

. Implemented DDW Matrix problem solving techniques for improvement,

using teams of employees from line to determine why problem occurred

then selected and followed through with appropriate corrective action
