• Greeting patients as they enter the medical center
• Operate multi-line telephone system.
• Determine reason for visit: if scheduled, make sure chart is at the reception desk.
• Obtain pertinent intake information from patient and enter in OHM.
• If patient scheduled, fill out paperwork if needed. Have patient take a seat and bring
records to appropriate provider (make sure all appropriate paperwork in record).
• If patient unscheduled and needs medical assistance, call the lead nurse, PA or MD and
