PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

since 09/2008 – SAS Institute Brasil Ltda.

Having a role of Technical Support Consultant, I am responsible for solving

implementation doubts, programming support and best practices consulting, all related

to SAS software and its modules. My expertise is in SAS programming, customer’s

environment troubleshooting (Operational Systems and SAS), Enterprise Guide, Data

Integration job construction, BI Content Development and best practices using SAS

Software. I have experience in Activity-Based Management and Marketing Automation

implementation and migration. On 2011 I was asked to help Education Team teaching

classes of SAS Platform Administration Fast Track. I have also participated on pre-sales

opportunities for SAS Activity-Based Management solution, where I was responsible for

creating presentation, software demo and answering customer questions.

05/2006 – 09/2008 – EDS DO BRASIL

Worked as Infrastructure Analyst, where I had been managing General Motors servers

and network devices on Latin America, Africa and Middle East. Working with solution

and incident analysis, using change procedures and root cause analysis driven by

ITIL methodology. Under my responsibility are Windows 2000 and 2003 servers,

applications as SQL Server, Oracle, Clustering, IIS and RADIA, as well Cisco routers,

switches and access points. Part of HP-UX team for server migration project. English

and Spanish reports development to company teams on Latin America and United

States, and tracking management to partners outside Brazil, like AT&T USA for WAN

structure and HP Malasya to SAP Basis Support. Additionally, I was the team leader for

first and second level monitoring, where I was responsible for incident and severity level

reporting and incident conference calls.

02/2005 – 05/2006 – DEDALUS HOSTING & COMUNICAÇÕES

Worked as Client Support Analyst, responsible on the client server managing and

network infrastructure allocated inside the company datacenter, where are AIX, Solaris,

Windows and Linux servers. Monitoring tools implementation and use, as Nagios,

MRTG and HP Openview. Shift supervision experience, where I had 3 operators under

my responsibility.

06/2003 – 12/2004 – BRIDGESTONE FIRESTONE DO BRASIL

Network Support Trainee, responsible on the production servers support and

management based on Windows 2000 and 2003, Applications servers as Microsoft

Exchange, Microsoft SQL Server, Checkpoint Firewall, Trend Micro Office Scan,

Microsoft IIS, and others. Participation on the backup and storage implementation

process, and on projects, as Microsoft Exchange 5.5 to 2000 migration, and Novell 4.1

to Windows 2000 project and structure creation and Windows servers project to attend

SAP company convergence.
