LAWRENCE M. CHANK
Mr. Chank is a 1970 graduate of Niagara University, Niagara Falls, New
York. After a brief service as a lieutenant in the Army Artillery and six
years in corporate accounting and internal audit, Mr. Chank has spent
thirty eight years in the field of real estate development, property
management, accounting, financial planning and financial management.
Prior to semi-retiring (and handing the reigns over to his children) in
2011 Mr. Chank spent twenty nine years as the President and CEO for The
Chank Group, Inc. Prior to founding The Chank Group, Inc., he served in
Controller and Assistant Treasurer positions with Fisher Price Toys and
Centex Homes Corporation, respectively. Additionally Mr. Chank was in
internal audit positions with the Defense Contract Audit Agency and
National Gypsum Company,
His background in financial management experience is varied, having had
high wealth clients in several dozen partnerships, LLC's, and C
corporations and providing them with estate planning, wealth building and
monthly accounting services. In addition, Mr. Chank has participated in
development projects related to entertainment centers, single family homes,
condominiums and townhouses, office complexes, neighborhood retail centers,
industrial warehousing, hi rise office buildings, manufacturing plants, and
farming.
In addition to his business activities, Mr. Chank is active within the
community as a former member and co-chairman of the City of Indio's
Economic Development Advisory Committee; a member of the City and Chamber
of Commerce Business Recruitment and Retention Committee; a member of the
Old Town Indio Business Association, and a member of the Coachella Valley
Economic Partnership.
He is a former president of the Indio Arts Foundation and a recipient of
the Indio Chamber of Commerce Businessman of the Year Award. Mr. Chank
actively supports local charities, especially the Boys and Girls Club,
where he was on their investment and finance committees and actively
participates in their fundraising activities. Mr. Chank is a former
Treasurer for the Boys and Girls Club.
Mr. Chank is a Certified Public Accountant with his license issued in the
State of New York and a licensed real estate broker in the State of
California.

BUSINESS HISTORY
The Chank Group, Inc was formed in February 1982 and operated as a
Financial Services and California licensed Real Estate and Property
Management company. The company's reigns were turned over to Rodney
Chalmers, Mr. Chank's stepson in 2011.
The Chank Group Inc. staff was experienced in financial services, building
management, operations and construction and maintenance supervision. The

The property and financial management organization managed over two dozen
partnership, LLC, and C Corporations with 66 commercial / industrial
buildings consisting of over 1,500,000 square feet of space. In addition,
it has managed two entertainment projects, 980 acres of farm property, and
over 1300 acres of prime development property.
