HRMS (11i & 12), and other HR related applications supporting HR. Leading efforts to redesign all aspects

manages the HR Call Center. Streamlined process resulting in a saving of 75%. Set new strategy and oversaw

reorganization. Activant Solutions was acquired by Apax.

• Managed Oracle HRMS (11i), Oracle Employee and Manager self-service, Halogen (ePerformance,

final offer process, due diligence, identification and onboarding of critical hires for implementation

as well, and account transitions to implementation teams

• Solely responsible for the design of a global HRIS architecture (hardware/software) serving 15

countries, implementation schedules for SAP HR, ACS’ Portal and Manager/Employee self-service,

Oracle’s BI reporting solution, and resource and cost estimates for a 7 year HRO multi--million

dollar contract that closed successfully.

an extended team of hundreds. Reported to the Managing Director and was responsible for implementing

Hewitt’s system solutions for their complex, bundled, multi-process Human Resource Outsourcing clients.

• Responsible for working with Hewitt’s Operations, Support, and the client on developing a business

as usual support model that ensures a successful transition from transition, transformation, to steady

state.

• Responsible for ensuring quality solutions are delivered on schedule through both onshore and

offshore Testing, Analysts, and Java development teams.

• Successfully delivered on schedule and within budget Hewitt’s self-service application in five

different languages in North America, EMEA, APAC, CAN, and LATAM (a total of 41 countries)

for Sun. Managed a project budget of $3.8 mil and a core team of over 70 onshore and offshore

functional, analyst, testing, and development resources. Extended team numbered in the hundreds.

Program managed the global process alignment initiative for Sun’s global HR processes. Integration

effort included interfacing with ADP, Oracle HRMS, SuccessFactors, and SumTotal.

• Implementing Hewitt’s self-service application for The Thomson Corporation’s HR organization.

Managing a project budget of over $4.8 mil and a core team of over 51 resources both onshore and

offshore functional, analyst, testing, and development resources. Responsible for working with

operations, support, and payroll services organizations to ensure application can be supported by all

teams as outlined in the service level agreements for Thomson. Integration effort included

interfacing with PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors.

Global Technical HR Operations Manager

PeopleSoft - Denver, CO

Oversaw global team of Project Managers and Business Analyst responsible for managing minor and major

enhancements, annual programs, fixes, analysis of processes, process reengineering, security, and core table

maintenance with an annual budget of $350k+ and a project budget of over $1.5 million. Led the team

through Analysis, Design, Build, Test, and Cutover phases for two major projects.

• Worked with HR leadership team to identify scope, prioritize projects, develop cost estimates, and

ROI for all major HR projects requiring system changes.

• Selected by PeopleSoft (during the beginning of the acquisition stage) to program manage the global

integration effort between PeopleSoft and the former J.D. Edwards. Integrated J.D. Edwards HRIS,
