• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and quality system

• Ensure timely corrective action on nonconformities appearing in the system and institute

preventive actions to eliminate recurrence of nonconformities.

• Facilitate and monitor implementation of the system introduced and the total quality

management.

• Developing and implementing testing procedures and systems as well as setting up testing

faculties for various tests.

Cold Store Management:

• Planning, Directing and maintaining an efficient cold store operation by assigning and

evaluating the work performance of personnel assigned to the cold store.

• Organizing and managing income and outgoing material activities to ensure accuracy,

categories and conditions of items.

• Conducting the batch no coding and material stacking for goods in the cold store as per the

norms, maintain inventory on a FOFO basis.

Supply Chain Management:

• Playing stellar role in the development of a robust supply chain and ensure compliance

through meticulous documentation, implementation, monitoring and review mechanism.

• Developing suitable inventory model to meet business complexities and ensure optimum trade

off between service level and cost, maintain of good line fill rate.

Industrial Relations and legal compliances:

• Liason- Animal Husbandry and related departments.

• APEDA, ISO and HACCP auditing agencies.

Consultancy:-

• Consultancy for APEDA, HAACCP and ISO to slaughter, meat and food processing

industries.
