Production Shift Supervisor

Onshore and Offshore Processing Plant, Lumut, Brunei.

Production capacity, 5 MMsm3/d of gas and 1200 m3/d of liquid.

• Assist production superintendent in the daily running of the plant.

•Coordinate with maintenance department to ensure plant/equipment is always in the optimum

condition.

•To ensure that daily production target is attain and the products is within specification.

• Preparation of daily operation and production report.

• Training of junior operators and trainees.

•Manage all aspects of preparation / execution of non-routine operation e.g. shut- down job, new

equipment installation and participate in de-bottle necking studies.

• To issue and monitor work permit is in place and all precautions are adhered to.

•Execution of test and start-up of units in compliance with the specifications, engineering principles

and safety regulations

• Preparation/ reviewing / upgrading of operating procedures.

•Assist production superintendent to plan and direct all plants activities with regard to safety,

production and environment

•Interface with Project/Maintenance/HSE for the successful commissioning planning and operation

activities for onshore plant/platform facilities.
