overhead stowage, New cabin harmony (linings, deco foil, carpet, seat fabric, curtains, …), Adaptation of IFE
system, Installation of interconnexion wiring.

• Project manager of a Panasonic GSM system installation on EMIRATES B777 (70 aircraft):
- On behalf of Aeroconseil DOA under its Part 21J/G agreements

- Main aspects of the modification: Removal of GSM system electrical provisions, Installation of
interconnexion wiring and mechanical provisions for a Panasonic GSM system, Activation of the GSM system.

• Project manager of a full cabin and IFE modification on CORSAIRFLY A330 and B747 (5 aircraft):
- On behalf of Aeroconseil DOA under its Part 21J/G agreements
- From November 2010 to October 2011: 1-year experience
- Main aspects of the modification: Removal of all seats, Installation of newly developed B/C and Y/C seats,
Removal of some monuments, Installation of newly developed monuments, New cabin harmony (linings, deco
foil, carpet, seat fabric, curtains, …), Removal of IFE system, Installation of a newly developed IFE system,
Installation of interconnexion wiring.

On those projects, responsible for: Pre-sales (Technical and Financial Proposal leader, costing, support for
pricing strategy), Project Launch (PBS, WBS, OBS, schedule, resource allocation, sub-contracting
management, Project Management Plan, Kick-Off Meeting), Project follow-up (task progress, schedule
follow-up, S-curves, decision maker, PDR/CDR/FAI reviews), Kitting management (long lead time
identification, electrical harness and mechanical parts suppliers selection and follow-up, orders triggering,
accountable for kits delivery date), Customer communication (management of change requests, written
reporting, progress meetings, steering committees), Internal reporting, Financial follow-up (P&L, Estimated
At Completion, accountable for Gross Margin and EBIT), Coordination with BFE vendors (SELL, SIT,

System, Displays and Maintenance) in AIRBUS A320 Chief Engineering Team:
