Electrical Technician

• BTU equipment is used in solar cell, nuclear fuel and fuel cell manufacturing as well as in

the production of printed circuit board assemblies and semiconductor packaging.

• The procedure of building the Electrical Console starts with assembling, as per layout, the

components as CR’s, CB’s, TB’s, SSR’s, Intellymax(or FCU board), Overtemp module,

Belt Speed Controller, etc. Then preparing the harnesses DC, AC, T/C and heaters with

wires of different gauges and installing on the Console. After wiring all the components, I

inspected the Console, and installed in the Frame. The second phase was building the

machinery, connecting every wire as per the print. In the end the machinery was tested as

per the customer specifications.

• Assisted R & D using a variety of technical skills for camera testing and image analysis

with LabVIEW graphical software system

Tester

• Tested DNA Micro array Scanners used for expression analysis, SNP detection,

homogeneous solution assays, in site hybridization and immunoassays. Outlined a series of

tests in alignment and troubleshooting of optical assemblies using beam scans through

Genicon Sciences and Excel software that, when performed, verified the proper operation of

the scanner post manufacture, and provided documented proof of calibration issued with

each unit
