MRAP/MATV C4I Lead Field Service Representative
Coordinate, manage, and deliver C4I service in the field for the U.S. Air Force at the War Reserve Material Site at Al-
Udeid Air Base in Doha, Qatar. Ensure all C4I components are operational, as well as establish a standard of care for
the maintenance of 250 MRAP assets, valued in excess of $300 million dollars.
Manage accountability of all assigned C4I components by serial numbers, conduct communications grooming and
operations checks in accordance with scheduled vehicle maintenance intervals as specified by DOD regulations.
Ensure that all of U.S. Air Force variant MRAPs are prepared for transport to the Theater Areas of Operations.
Orchestrate and implement the necessary vehicle operator training for U.S. Air Force military personnel and other
maintenance personnel on C4I components as requested by the customer.
Maintain and guarantee a direct line of communication with the customer by providing world class customer care,
