fulfillment and 99.74 line fulfillment expectations. Other measureable
standards obtained:

Inventory/Receiving Manager
Responsibilities include FDA and AIB compliance in all material receiving
and storage for a food processing facility. This includes:
> Maintaining efficient inventory levels for production, while
minimizing spoilage.
> Other duties include staffing, training, disciplinary actions, and
motivating front line employees and support personnel.
> Strong communication is required with other departments to ensure we
offer excellent service to our customers.
I am responsible for 3 physical inventories each week consisting of an off-
site warehouse, packaging and supply materials, and all raw ingredient
materials. I have also implemented a daily inventory tracking process to
pro-actively maintain inventory accuracy. All inventory movements and
tracking is done through SAP warehouse management system.

up the cycle counting system, and helped in re-organizing warehouse

Operations Manager (1984 - 2005)
Responsible for all day-shift and night-shift activities for the facility
in Anoka, including shipping of pharmaceutical and general merchandise,
order fulfillment, team building, and all personnel matters.
Responsibilities included:
> Building a team of 65, including managers, supervisors, support staff,
and front line warehouse workers.
> We shipped on average 25,000 lines per night, over 250 orders,
achieved an accuracy rate of 99.7%, while maintaining established
productivity rates.
The company gave me special recognition for assisting in implementing
Warehouse Management Systems in all four company facilities in Anoka MN,
Germantown WI, Birmingham AL, and Simpsonville KY. I successfully led a
team of managers from Customer Service, Inventory Control, and IT.
Managing and supervising the staff, responsible for maintaining a safe
working environment, while making improvements to an 182,000 square foot
facility in a cost effective manner was included in my responsibilities.
Warehouse Manager (1994 - 2000)
Responsible for staff supervision, shipping logistics, managing safety of
all operations, developing monthly sales delivery schedule, and building
security for a pharmaceutical wholesaler in a facility containing $40
million in inventory, and over 36,000 SKU's.
> Aided in reorganization of warehouse operations, including
implementation of accuracy and productivity standards.
> Assisted in moving warehouse, office, and operations to a new facility
twenty-five miles away.
> Directly involved in all personnel matters; specifically, hiring,
training, directing, motivating, and disciplining employees in a union
environment.
