Preparation of shop and as built drawings.
Request spools, pipe support, field erection, materials and other piping component
material as per schedule. Site Supervision and Coordination, Startup, balancing,
commissioning and handing over
Preparation and technical review of material submittals.
Calculation of load estimate pipe and duct sizing, equipment selection
Leading a construction team of junior engineers, supervisors, foremen and their subs.
Planning The Most Appropriate Method and sequence of construction operations for a
project in conjunction with the site engineers.
Planning and oversee the entire programmed of work and anticipate a contract’s demands
in terms of labor, materials, equipment and technical challenges.
Planning, execution and control of piping erection activities and lead construction team for
safe work execution at site to meet the production target
Liaising with the site agent and surveyor throughout the process, making adjustment to
projects as necessary.
Ensure that the construction is carried out with approved construction drawing in
accordance with the project . Maintain proper documentation and control of drawing
being used in the construction.
Coordinating with other section discipline on site to maintain process flow.
