DUTIES :

•Operate and set up the 12ft heavy expanded metal press

•Stand for 8 to 10hrs and lift 50 to 75 Lbs.

•Loud sounds, high noise level

•Lube and oil the press, maintain a neat and orderly work area

•Lock out / tag out

•Perform repetitive jobs on the machine

•Change dies, set clearance between top and bottom dies, change the computer

program

•Read work orders, used RF scanner to input information for daily reports, scan products

and make label for products

•Used track crane to bring stacks of metal sheets to the press

•Position and secure metal sheets on the press and start the automatic feeding

process

•Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects to

ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments

•Adjust and repair the press as needed

•Removed the finish products, count and stack the products on pallets, tag and color

code products, banded pallets

•Used forklifts to take pallets to the warehouse or the next stage of production

•Operated and set-up the 8ft, 10ft, 8ft ma cay and bender expanded metal press

•Lay-off of all Employees plant closed down
